What’s The Process?

Each alloy wheel can usually be repaired within an hour. The wheel is removed from the vehicle, before the damaged areas are “ground down” and any deep scratches and scars filled in.

Using colour matching technology, the alloy wheel is then painted using the manufacturer’s correct paint colour, before being lacquered to produce a durable finish that lasts.

After the curing process is complete, the tyre is re-inflated to the correct pressure and dressed to the repaired alloy wheel. The wheel is then fitted to the vehicle and is ready to drive.  Wheels should not be washed or cleaned for a minimum of 48 hours after the repair work is complete.
